摘 要:针对某出口柴油轻客对坡道起步能力不足的情况,利用Cruise软件分析了2种增大后桥速比方案带来的整车动力性、经济性变化,选择了其中1种方案作为最终方案,并对实际整车性能进行了测试。结果表明:整车更换为4.556速比的后桥后,增强了整车坡道起步能力,且没有发生用户对整车经济性变差的抱怨,得到了用户的认可。In response to the insufficient ability of a certain export diesel light passenger vehicle to start on a slope,Cruise software was used to analyze the changes in vehicle power and economy caused by two schemes of increasing the rear axle speed ratio.One of the schemes was selected as the final one,and actual vehicle performance was tested.The results show that the rear axle with a speed ratio of 4.556has enhanced the vehicle's ability to start on slopes,and there have been no complaints from users about the deterioration of the vehicle's economy,which has been recognized by the users.
