摘　　要：在数字化时代下,档案管理自动化成为重要议题。本研究旨在探讨数字化时代下档案管理自动化的实践与反思。通过分析传统档案管理的挑战和数字化技术在档案管理中的应用,揭示数字化时代对档案管理的影响。研究采用案例分析方法,深入探讨自动化技术在档案管理中的应用及关键技术。研究结果显示,档案管理自动化能提高效率、降低成本,并为档案管理带来新的机遇和挑战。本研究为数字化时代下档案管理的发展提供重要参考,为未来研究方向提出建议。In the digital age,the automation of archives management has become an important issue.This study aims to explore the practice and reflection of archives management automation in the digital age.By analyzing the challenges of traditional archives management and the application of digital technology in archives management,the influence of the digital age on archives management is revealed.The study uses the case analysis method to deeply discuss the ap-plication and key technology of automation technology in archives management.The research results show that the automation of archives management can improve efficiency,reduce costs,and bring new opportunities and challenges for archives management.This study provides an important reference for the development of archives management in the digital age and makes suggestions for future research directions.
