摘　　要：文章旨在深入分析基层单位劳动工资统计的现状,揭示问题原因,并提出一系列改进建议。通过优化制度、加强人才培养、提高信息化水平、优化统计周期、强化质量控制、提高社会参与度、强化统计与实际经济活动的衔接等方式,致力于提高基层单位劳动工资统计的科学性、准确性和及时性,以更好地服务社会经济发展和保障广大劳动者的权益。The purpose of this paper is to deeply analyze the current situation of labor wage statistics in grassroots u-nits,reveal the causes of the problems,and put forward a series of suggestions for improvement.This paper is com-mitted to improve the scientificity,accuracy and timeliness of labor wage statistics in grassroots units by optimizing the systems,enhancing personnel training,improving the level of informatization,optimizing the statistical cycle,strengthening quality control,improving social participation,and strengthening the connection between statistics and actual economic activities,so as to better serve the social and economic development and protect the rights and inter-ests of the majority of workers.
