基于ExcelVBA实现生产发货资料自动化编制

摘　　要：产品发货资料的编制工作具有较强的单一性、重复性、机械性等特征,但却是生产管理中不可或缺的指标节点。为提高资料编制的效率和准确率,采用ExcelVBA宏语言编制模块,一键实现合同文件夹命名创建,与不同文件格式的批量生成,并将其自动放置于对应的合同文件夹中,快速实现发货合同资料整理。结果表明:该程序可快速实现多项数据的瞬时整理,多种文件格式同时转换、命名与储存,方法高效、便捷,在生产领域类似工作中实用性和参考性高、推广性强。The preparation of product shipping data possesses strong characteristics such as singularity,repeatability,and mechanization,but it is an indispensable indicator node in production management.In order to improve the effi-ciency and accuracy of data preparation,the Excel VBA macro language module is used to create a one click named contract folder,batch generate different file formats,and automatically place them in the corresponding contract fold-er,quickly organizing shipping contract data.The results show that the program can quickly achieve instantaneous or-ganization of multiple data,convert,name,and store multiple file formats simultaneously,and the method is efficient and convenient.It has high usability and reference value in similar work in the production field,and strong promotion.
