摘 要:数字化建设主要目的是优化管理结构,提升生产、运营和管理效率,更好地推动运营模式创新。为提高人事档案共享的效率以及平均访问速度,文章提出一种基于区块链技术的数字化人事档案共享方法。通过构建基于区块链技术的人事档案共享模型,并生成相应的密文及区块链数据存储结构,以进一步有效实现数字化人事档案的共享。实验结果表明,文章方法在人事档案共享成功率、访问速度和安全性方面均优于传统方法,表现出显著优势。说明文章的研究结果为数字化人事档案共享提供新的思路和技术支持,具有广阔的应用前景和潜力。The main purpose of digital construction is to optimize the management structure,improve the efficiency of production,operation and management,and better promote the innovation of operation mode.In order to improve the efficiency and average access speed of personnel archive sharing,this paper proposes a digital personnel archive sharing method based on blockchain technology.By constructing a personnel archive sharing model based on blockchain technology and generating the corresponding ciphertext and blockchain data storage structure,the digital personnel file sharing can be further realized effectively.The experimental results show that the proposed method is superior to the traditional methods in terms of the success rate,access speed as well as security of personnel archive sharing.The results of this study provide new ideas and technical support for digital personnel archive sharing,and possess broad application prospects and potential.
