摘  要:介绍了目前大多数系列的铁合金品种冶炼生产所用的矿热炉变压器均采用低压补偿或纵向补偿。低压补偿与纵向补偿虽然原理相同,但是补偿特点不相同且生产铁合金品种的适用性也不一样。同时,因补偿方式不同,在变压器及参数设计时应有所差异;两种补偿方式的电容器额定电压应满足实际生产需要,冶炼操作上也应以自然功率因数为准,才能确保电炉热效率在合理范围。At present,the transformers of submerged arc furnace used in smelting and production of most series of ferroalloy varieties adopt low-voltage compensation or longitudinal compensation.Although the principles of low-voltage compensation and longitudinal compensation are the same,the compensation characteristics are different,and the applicability of producing ferroalloy varieties is also different.Meanwhile,due to different compensation methods,there should be some differences in transformer and parameter design.The rated voltage of the capacitors for the two compensation methods should also meet the actual production needs.And the natural power factor should be taken as the standard in smelting operations to ensure that the thermal efficiency of the electric furnace is controlled within a reasonable range.
