摘　　要：介绍了对锰硅合金炉塌料的原理进行了简述,并提出了锰硅合金炉塌料检测分析方法,详细描述了各项报警指标的处理方法和应用实例,在锰硅合金炉的生产应用中取得了良好的效果。This paper briefly describes the principle of ferromanganese-silicon furnace collapse,and proposes a ferromanganese-silicon furnace collapse detection and analysis method.It describes in detail the processing methods and application examples of various alarm indicators,and its application in the production of ferromanganese-silicon furnaces has achieved good results.
