摘 要:磨削加工过程中,磨削弧区气流运动特性是影响磨削液有效注入的重要因素。针对普通砂轮磨削弧区换热效率低下,极易产生局部高温和磨削烧伤等问题,以大螺旋角沟槽砂轮(螺旋角β>85°)为研究对象,在FLUENT中创建了磨削弧区三维气流场数值分析模型,研究了螺旋角度、沟槽宽度及深度对气流场特性的影响。结果表明,砂轮表面螺旋沟槽宽度、深度以及螺旋角度越大,磨削区气流场压强越低,对磨削弧区气流场强度的削弱能力越强。并且,螺旋沟槽对磨削液有着良好的导通作用,磨削液更容易进入磨削弧区,在磨削弧区内部形成通畅的“换热通道流场”,从而显著提升磨削区的换热能力,有效降低磨削过程磨削温度。In grinding process,the airflow movement characteristics of the grinding arc zone is an important factor affecting the effective injection of grinding fluid.Due to the low heat transfer efficiency in the grinding arc zone of the ordinary grinding wheel,the problems such as high local temperature and grinding burn are easy to occur.Taking the big spiral angle grooved grinding wheel(spiral angleβ>85°)as the research object,this study uses the software FLUENT to carry out numerical simulation of the three-dimensional airflow field in the grinding arc zone.The effects of spiral angle,groove width and groove depth on the airflow characteristics are analyzed.The results show that the larger the width,depth and spiral angle of the spiral groove on the grinding wheel surface are,the lower the pressure of the grinding arc zone is,and the stronger the weakening ability of the grinding arc zone intensity is.In addition,the spiral groove has a good conduction effect on the grinding fluid,which is easier to enter the grinding arc zone and form a smooth“heat exchange channel flow field”inside the grinding arc zone,thus significantly improving the heat exchange ability of the grinding arc zone and effectively reducing the grinding temperature during the grinding process.
