摘 要:随着癌症发病率的逐年升高,癌症已成为全世界的一个主要死因。除了手术、放疗和化疗等传统治疗方式外,采用中药及其相关制剂治疗癌症的效果也已被许多研究认可。中药大多温和,但部分有效成分存在水溶性低、靶向性差等缺点。纳米凝胶作为一种新兴的药物递送载体,可以改善中药有效成分的溶解度、稳定性和生物相容性,提高药物的靶向性。总结了近年来中药有效成分纳米凝胶在癌症治疗方面的研究进展,希望为中药有效成分纳米凝胶在医疗方面的研发提供一定参考。With the increasing incidence of cancer,cancer has become a major cause of death worldwide.In addition to traditional treatments such as surgery,radiotherapy,and chemotherapy,the use of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)and their related preparations for treatment of cancer have been recognized in many studies.Most of the active components of TCM are mild,but some of them have disadvantages such as low water solubility and poor targeting.Nanogels,as an emerging drug delivery vehicle,can improve the solubility,stability and biocompatibility of the active ingredients of TCM and enhance drug targeting.The research progress of nanogels as active ingredients of TCM was presented,aiming to provide valuable insights for the research and development of nanogels in medical applications.
