摘　　要：目的:对比三种不同方式申领达芬奇手术机器人一次性耗材所用时间及准确率,为手术室高值耗材管理提供思路和方法。方法:采用随机数字表法,将30名手术室护士分为3组,分别按照电话申领(A组)、纸质单申领(B组)、草料二维码申领(C组)3种方式申领达芬奇手术机器人一次性耗材,比较3种方式所用时间及准确率。结果:C组申领所用时间明显短于A组及B组;A组的申领准确率明显低于B组及C组;C组申领评分明显高于A组及B组。结论:使用草料二维码方式申领达芬奇手术机器人一次性耗材能明显缩短申领所用时间并提高准确率。Objective:To compare the time used and accuracy rate of claiming Da Vinci surgical robot disposable consumables with three different ways,and to provide ideas and methods for the management of high-value consumables in the operating room.Methods:30 operating room nurses were divided into 3 groups using the random number table method to claim Da Vinci Surgical Robot disposable consumables with 3 different ways:telephone claim(Group A),paper sheet claim(Group B),and QR code claim(Group C).The time used and the accuracy rate of the 3 ways were compared.Results:The time used in the group C was significantly shorter than that of group A and B.The accuracy rate of the group A was significantly lower than that of group B and C.The claiming score of the group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B.Conclusion:Using QR code to claim disposable supplies for Da Vinci surgical robot can significantly shorten the claiming time and improve the accuracy rate.
