摘 要:为解决汽车旋转分配盘减速机的体积大及传动效率低的问题,采用改进蜣螂优化(improved dung beetle optimizer,IDBO)算法进行优化设计。首先,引入Circle混沌映射初始化种群序列,使初始化蜣螂种群分布更均匀;其次,引入多向学习策略更新无障碍模式下滚球蜣螂的个体位置以跳出局部最优解,扩大搜索范围;同时利用自适应t分布变异扰动来更新蜣螂位置,提高算法的全局搜索能力和局部搜索能力,使之快速收敛;最后以减速机总体积及传动功率损耗最小为目标,采用IDBO对其进行优化设计。结果表明,使用IDBO算法优化后减速机体积减小44%,传动损耗功率降低28%,相比于其他智能优化算法,该算法优化结果更优。To address the problem of large size and low transmission efficiency in the automobile rotary distributor reducer,an improved dung beetle algorithm(IDBO)was used to optimize the design.Firstly,a Circle chaos mapping was introduced to initiate the population sequence so as to make the initialized dung beetle population distribution more uniform.Secondly,a multi-directional learning strategy was applied to update the individual positions of the ball-rolling dung beetles in the no-obstacle mode in order to jump out from local optimal solutions and enlarge the searching range.At the same time,adaptive t-distribution variation perturbation was used to update the positions of dung beetles so as to improve the algorithm s global and local search ability,and to make it converge quickly.Finally,to minimize the total volume and transmission power loss,the IDBO was utilized to optimize the design of the gearbox.The results show that the optimized reducer can reduce the volume by 44%and the transmission power loss by 28%.Compared with other intelligent optimization algorithms,the optimization result of IDBO is better.
