定坤丹联合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征患者体征及体内激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究定坤丹联合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征患者体征及体内激素水平的影响。方法选取2021年1月-2023年2月上犹县妇幼保健院收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者62例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组31例。对照组采用单一达英-35治疗,研究组采用定坤丹与达英-35联合治疗,比较两组治疗总有效率、排卵率、生殖激素水平(FSH、LH、E2、T)、代谢指标(TC、TG、FPG、HOMA-IR)。结果研究组总有效率为96.77%,高于对照组的74.19%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组排卵率为96.77%,高于对照组的61.29%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后TC、TG、FPG、HOMA-IR均低于治疗前,且研究低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后FSH、LH、T水平均低于治疗前,E2水平高于治疗前,且研究组FSH、LH、T水平低于对照组,E2水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论定坤丹联合达英-35可以提升多囊卵巢综合征患者排卵率,改善性激素水平,降低代谢指标,具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To study the effect of Dingkundan combined with Diane-35 on signs and hormone levels in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 62 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Shangyou County Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2021 to February 2023 were selected and divided into study group and control group according to random number table method,with 31 patients in each group.The control group was treated with single Diane-35,and the study group was treated with Dingkundan combined with Diane-35.The total effective rate,ovulation rate,reproductive hormone levels(FSH,LH,E2,T)and metabolic indexes(TC,TG,FPG,HOMA-IR)were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.77%,which was higher than 74.19%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate of the study group was 96.77%,which was higher than 61.29%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG,FPG and HOMA-IR in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the study was lower than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of FSH,LH and T in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the level of E2 was higher than that before treatment,while the levels of FSH,LH and T in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the level of E2 was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Dingkundan combined with Diane-35 can improve the ovulation rate of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome,improve the level of sex hormones,reduce the metabolic index,and has a good therapeutic effect.
