摘　　要：慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是一种常见且复杂的慢性疾病,免疫功能障碍是导致COPD发生发展的重要原因。2型糖尿病(T2DM)是COPD患者常见的共病,可致患者免疫功能异常,使机体更易被感染和发生炎症反应。两种疾病共存一体将严重影响患者的免疫功能及预后。本文就免疫功能紊乱对AECOPD的影响、T2DM所致免疫异常对AECOPD的影响、AECOPD合并T2DM的共同诊疗等进行综述,以揭示免疫异常在两种疾病之间的相互影响、提高对此类患者免疫系统的认识,为临床治疗提供新思路。Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)is a common and complex chronic disease.Immune dysfunction is an important cause of the occurrence and development of COPD.Type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)is a common comorbidity in patients with COPD,which can lead to abnormal immune function and make the body more susceptible to infection and inflammatory response.The coexistence of the two diseases will seriously affect the immune function and prognosis of patients.This article reviews the effects of immune dysfunction on AECOPD,the effects of immune abnormalities caused by T2DM on AECOPD,and the common diagnosis and treatment of AECOPD combined with T2DM,in order to reveal the mutual influence of immune abnormalities between the two diseases,improve the understanding of the immune system of such patients,and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
