摘  要:目的探讨容积扫描支架精细显影与3D-DSA影像融合技术在评估血流导向装置贴壁性中的应用。方法对行血流导向装置置入的15例患者在置入血流导向装置术后行小视野容积扫描及常规3D-DSA造影,在后处理工作站对两者进行影像融合,三维融合图像可任意角度评价血流导向装置贴壁情况。结果患者均成功获得支架精细显影与3D-DSA影像融合图像,可任意角度评价血流导向装置贴壁情况,其中贴壁良好13例,贴壁不良2例。结论三维融合图像可清晰直观显示血流导向装置和载瘤动脉的关系,并可进行任意角度评价,提高评价准确性。Objective To explore the application of fused images,acquired through high-resolution cone-beam computed tomography(CBCT)and 3-dimensional digital subtraction angiography(3D-DSA),in assessing the apposition of flow diverters(FD).Methods Fifteen patients who underwent flow diverter placement in were subjected.Following the deployment of the flow diverter,high-resolution CBCT and standard 3D-DSA scans were conducted.Image fusion was then executed on a post-processing workstation,allowing for the comprehensive assessment of the FD's adherence to the vessel wall from any perspective within the three-dimensional fusion image.Results Fusion images combining high-resolution CBCT and 3D DSA were successfully generated for all patients.These images facilitated the evaluation of FD wall adherence from any angle,revealing that 13 cases exhibited good adherence while 2 cases showed poor adherence.Conclusions Three-dimensional fusion images provide a clear and intuitive visualization of the relationship between the flow diverter and the parent artery,enabling multi-angle assessments and thereby enhancing the precision of the evaluation process.
