摘 要:针对制造业智能化程度进行调查,分析了制造业智能化发展状况,剖析了企业智能化转型过程中存在的问题。采用层次分析法,构建了企业智能化程度综合评价指标,包含4个一级评价指标,13个二级评价指标和8个三级评价指标,并确定指标权重。依据该评价体系,可对企业智能化程度进行评价,从而认清差距,精准提升。提出了制造业智能化转型的对策与建议,为推进制造业智能化发展提供新思路,也为政策制定和企业管理者制定智能化发展规划提供借鉴和参考。Aiming at the degree of intelligence of manufacturing industry,the survey analyses the development situation of manufacturing industry intelligence,and analyses the problems existing in the process of intelligent transformation of enterprises.Using the hierarchical analysis method,a comprehensive evaluation index of the degree of enterprise intelligence is constructed,which contains 4 first-level evaluation indexes,13 second-level evaluation indexes and 8 third-level evaluation indexes,and the weights of the indexes are determined.Based on this evaluation system,the degree of enterprise intelligence can be evaluated,so as to identify the gaps and accurately improve.In turn,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the intelligent transformation of the manufacturing industry,which provides new ideas for promoting the intelligent development of the manufacturing industry,and also provides reference for policy making and enterprise managers to formulate intelligent development planning.
