摘　　要：企业架构是一种对企业多角度的综合描述,反映了企业的人、流程、技术的组织和安排。TOGAF是一个架构框架,是关于企业架构的开发方法。通过分析航空制造企业的特点,运用TOGAF理论详述了航空制造企业的信息化架构设计方法以及信息化规划治理内容。Enterprise architecture is a comprehensive description of an enterprise from multiple perspectives,which reflects the organisation and arrangement of people,processes and technology of an enterprise.TOGAF is an architecture framework,which is a methodology about enterprise architecture development.By analysing the characteristics of aviation manufacturing enterprises,this paper uses TOGAF theory to detail the information technology architecture design method and information technology planning and governance content of aviation manufacturing enterprises.
