摘　　要：与以往的研究相比,系统的优势在于定位及通讯技术选择更优,不仅以车载PLC作为机车的数据处理及控制中心,还增加中控PLC以提高系统灵活度和可靠性。通过实验,系统完全可以实现炉号自动识别和自动走行定位功能、四车联锁功能等核心功能。辅以数据处理、动画监控、车载显示等功能,系统完全可以满足实际生产要求。研究探究了可编程序控制器在工业自动化方面的应用,由此可以构想焦炉机车无人驾驶、自动操作的可能性。Compared with the previous research,the advantage of this system is that the positioning and communication technology is better,not only the on-board PLC as the data processing and control center of the locomotive,but also the central control PLC to improve the flexibility and reliability of the system.Through experiments,the system can realize the core functions such as automatic identification of furnace number,automatic running and positioning,four-car interlock.Supplemented by data processing,animation monitoring,vehicle display and other functions,the system can fully meet the actual production requirements.This study explores the application of programmable controller in industrial automation,from which we can conceive the possibility of driverless and automatic operation of coke oven locomotive.
