摘　　要：随着社会不断地向前迈进以及市场经济体制越来越完善,生产产品日趋多样化等特点,基于此,阐述了成本管理的含义与重要性,针对化肥生产企业成本管理的困境进行分析与研究,并采取相应措施来降低企业在生产过程产生的各种费用及损耗,以达到增强利润空间,扩大收益提高竞争力水平,提高产品质量。As the society keeps moving forward and the market economy system is getting more and more perfect,the production products are getting more and more diversified,based on this,the meaning and importance of cost management is explained,the dilemma of cost management of fertiliser production enterprises is analysed and researched,and the corresponding measures are taken to reduce the various costs and losses incurred by the enterprises in the process of production in order to achieve the enhancement of the profit margins,the expansion of revenue to improve the competitiveness level and the quality of products.level and improve product quality.
