摘　　要：以东方精工为例,探索财务战略矩阵在智能制造企业的应用路径。利用近五年的财务数据绘制出企业的财务战略矩阵图,评价了其历年的资金余缺和价值创造状态,并基于此提出了相应的财务战略优化建议,以期为同类智能制造企业进行财务管理提供理论与实践参考。Taking Dongfang Precision Industry as an example,we explore the application path of financial strategy matrix in intelligent manufacturing enterprises.Using the financial data of the past five years to draw the financial strategy matrix of the enterprise,evaluating its financial balance and value creation status in the past years,and based on this,putting forward the corresponding financial strategy optimization suggestions,with a view to providing theoretical and practical references for the financial management management of similar intelligent manufacturing enterprises.
