摘　　要：能源电力产业链的健康发展是我国实现“双碳”目标的重要保障,产业链风险预警研究是产业链健康发展的重要前提。通过梳理产业链风险预警的国内外研究进展,提出了基于碳中和背景的能源电力产业链预警研究框架,构建了由一级指标、二级指标及三级指标构成的能源电力产业链风险预警指标体系,为下一步开展产业链风险预警提供借鉴。The healthy development of the energy and power industry chain is an important guarantee for China to achieve the goal of"double carbon",and the study of industry chain risk early warning is an important prerequisite for the healthy development of the industry chain.By sorting out the research progress of industry chain risk early warning at home and abroad,we put forward the research framework of energy and power industry chain early warning based on the background of carbon neutrality,and constructed the energy and power industry chain risk early warning indicator system consisting of primary,secondary and tertiary indicators to provide reference for the next step of industry chain risk early warning.
