摘  要:以某电厂汽轮机为研究对象,对检修过程中所出现的问题进行剖析,在汽轮机运转的实际需求的基础上提出汽轮机轴端端面汽封改造优化方案,并利用有限元软件对新型汽封在汽轮机中应用的可行性和可靠性进行分析,同时将改造优化后的汽轮机轴端端面汽封应用在某电厂汽轮机中,对实际应用效果进行剖析。Taking the steam turbine of a power plant as the research object,the problems occurred in the overhauling process are analyzed,and the optimization scheme of steam seal modification is proposed on the basis of the actual needs of steam turbine operation,and the feasibility and reliability of the new type of steam seal applied in the steam turbine are analyzed by using finite element software,and the optimized steam seal is applied in the steam turbine of a power plant to analyze the actual application effect.At the same time,the optimised turbine shaft end face seal is applied in the turbine of a power plant,and the actual application effect is analysed.
