摘　　要：分析了一项针对特定企业改性沥青防水材料生产线的废气处理系统改造项目。项目详细审查了旧系统的不足,并引入了一系列改革措施。这些措施包括使用高效改性剂,并实施了“燃烧室—余热利用单元—水雾喷淋塔”这一综合净化配置。此配置确保了生产废气经燃烧室高温处理后,再通过余热利用单元回收热能,最后在水雾喷淋塔中除去颗粒杂质,净化后的气体通过烟囱释放。通过这次系统升级,污染物的排放量大幅下降,远超过国家环保排放标准,同时项目投资在不到半年的时间内便实现了成本回收,展现了卓越的经济与环保双重价值。A project to modify the exhaust gas treatment system for the production line of modified asphalt waterproofing materials for a specific enterprise was studied.The project examined in detail the deficiencies of the old system and introduced a series of reform measures.These included the use of highly efficient modifiers and the implementation of an integrated"combustion chamber-waste heat utilisation unit-water mist spray tower"configuration.This configuration ensures that the production exhaust gases are treated at high temperatures in the combustion chamber,then heat is recovered in the waste heat utilisation unit,and finally the particulate impurities are removed in the water mist spray tower,and the purified gases are released through the chimney.Through this system upgrade,the emission of pollutants has dropped significantly,far exceeding the national environmental emission standards,while the project investment has achieved cost recovery in less than half a year,demonstrating excellent economic and environmental protection double value.
