摘 要:推动制造业绿色转型是东北地区实现高质量发展的题中之义。选取东北地区2012—2021年数据为样本,构建制造业绿色转型指标评价体系,通过SBM-GML模型测算东北地区制造业绿色全要素生产率,通过灰色预测模型对东北地区未来十年的制造业绿色全要素生产率进行预测。结果表明,制造业绿色全要素生产率大于1,表明东北地区制造业绿色转型呈稳步上升趋势。Promoting the green transformation of the manufacturing industry is the key to achieving high-quality development in Northeast China.The 2012-2021 data of Northeast China is selected as a sample,and the index evaluation system of green transformation of manufacturing industry is constructed,the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in Northeast China is measured by SBM-GML model,and the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry in Northeast China in the next ten years is predicted by grey prediction model.The results show that the green total factor productivity of manufacturing industry is greater than 1,indicating that the green transformation of manufacturing industry in Northeast China has a steady upward trend.
