摘  要:“双积分政策”五年内推动了中国新能源汽车行业发展,助力技术创新和绿色经济建设。但政策修订给传统车企带来竞争、供应链和消费者需求挑战。研究显示,该政策对企业绩效有正面影响。失衡企业应加强技术研发、优化产品和共享积分,良性发展企业需关注融资。政府应推进市场化改革、打破地方保护、加强配套设施建设,以促进绿色可持续发展。The"dual credit policy"has promoted the development of China's new energy vehicle industry within five years,assisting in technological innovation and green economy construction.But policy revisions have brought competition,supply chain,and consumer demand challenges to traditional car companies.Research shows that this policy has a positive impact on corporate performance.Unbalanced enterprises should strengthen technology research and development,optimize products,and share credits,while healthy development enterprises need to pay attention to financing.The government should promote market-oriented reforms,break local protectionism,and strengthen the construction of supporting facilities to promote green and sustainable development.
