加氢裂化装置掺炼焦化蜡油的技术经济分析

摘　　要：焦化蜡油是煤焦化过程中产生的一种副产品,传统的直接焚烧处理方式不仅造成资源浪费,而且会产生大量环境污染。分析了将焦化蜡油掺入加氢裂化装置中进行深加工的技术经济价值。通过对比加入焦化蜡油前后的生产数据,计算了加氢裂化装置的经济效益变化情况,并探讨了焦化蜡油掺炼比例对经济效益的影响。结果表明,适当掺炼一定比例的焦化蜡油,能够显著提高加氢裂化装置的经济收益,同时实现焦化蜡油资源的综合利用,具有良好的环境和经济双重价值。Coker wax oil is a kind of by-product produced in the process of coal coking,and the traditional direct incineration treatment not only causes waste of resources,but also generates a lot of environmental pollution.The technical and economic value of blending coker wax oil into hydrocracking unit for deep processing is analysed.By comparing the production data before and after the addition of coker wax oil,the changes in the economic benefits of the hydrocracking unit were calculated,and the influence of the blending ratio of coker wax oil on the economic benefits was discussed.The results show that appropriate blending of a certain proportion of coker wax oil can significantly improve the economic benefits of the hydrocracking unit,and at the same time realise the comprehensive utilization of coker wax oil resources,which is of good environmental and economic double value.
