摘 要:为了评价智能变电站的运行状态、消除潜在的故障隐患,研究过程运用GO法计算某220 kV智能变电站继电保护系统的可靠性。该方法的应用原理为绘制操作符和信号流,构建GO图,计算操作符、信号流的成功率,进而求出系统母线保护、主变保护、线路保护的可靠性和平均失效时间。结合该变电站的实际情况,计算结果显示,当继电保护系统的电气结构较为简单时,整体可靠性更高。反之,如果系统中存在较多的断路器、间隔或者其他节点,则可靠性较低。In order to evaluate the operation status of an intelligent substation and eliminate potential fault hazards,the research process uses the GO method to calculate the reliability of the relay protection system of a 220kV intelligent substation.The application principle of this method is to draw operators and signal flows,construct GO diagrams,calculate the success rate of operators and signal flows,and then find out the reliability and average failure time of the system bus protection,main transformer protection and line protection.Combined with the actual situation of this substation,the calculation results show that the overall reliability is higher when the electrical structure of the relay protection system is simpler.Conversely,if there are more circuit breakers,intervals or other nodes in the system,the reliability is lower.
