摘 要:针对空气源热泵室外侧换热器积灰现象,综述了不同因素对积灰程度及系统运行的影响。在分析积灰机理的基础上,发现影响换热器积灰特性的因素主要有两方面:内部因素(翅片类型、翅片间距、管排数)和外部因素(运行工况、空气流速、灰尘粒径及浓度、灰尘种类)。总结了当前主要的除灰技术,得出结化霜除灰相对经济有效。提出当前有必要研究换热器在积灰条件下结化霜过程的微观特征及其机理,以及化霜除灰时霜层裹挟灰尘层的流动机制,为未来研发抑制换热器表面灰尘生长及除灰的先进技术提供支持。The phenomenon of dust accumulation in the outdoor heat exchanger of air-source heat pumps is focused,and the impacts of different factors on the dust accumulation degree and the system operation are summarized in this paper.Based on the analysis of the mechanism of dust accumulation,it is found that there are two main factors that affect the dust accumulation characteristics of heat exchangers:internal factors(fin structure,fin spacing,tube row number)and external factors(operating condition,air flow rate,particle size and concentration,particle type).This paper summarizes the current main dust removal methods and concludes that the dust removal technology by frost formation and defrosting is relatively economical and effective.It is necessary to study the microscopic characteristics and mechanisms of frost formation and defrosting processes in heat exchangers under dust accumulation conditions,as well as the flow mechanism of the dust layer carried by the frost layer during defrosting and dust removal,in order to provide support for the future research and development of advanced technologies to inhibit the growth of dust on the surface of heat exchangers and dust removal.
