摘　　要：高校智慧档案馆是智慧校园的有机组成部分之一,用户体验成为高校智慧档案馆建设需要关注的重要方面。文章将用户体验视角下智慧档案馆技术创新服务的用户需求划分为5个层次,建构了5个需求维度,20个需求属性的高校智慧档案馆用户技术及体现需求,针对实证调研结论给出高校智慧档案馆建设的5条现实建议。The intellectual archives of university is one of the organic components of the intellectual campus,and the user experience has become an important aspect of the construction of the intellectual archives of university.From the perspective of user experience,the paper divides the user needs of the technological innovation service of the intellectual archives into five levels,from low to high,this paper constructs the user technology of university intellectual archives with five demand dimensions and 20 demand attributes,and gives five practical suggestions on the construction of university intellectual archives.
