摘 要:目的分析门诊护理人员应用柔性管理的效果。方法新疆医科大学附属肿瘤医院10名门诊护理人员于2023年1—5月应用常规管理,设为对照组,于2023年6—12月进行柔性管理,设为研究组。对比两组管理评价、护理工作能力评价、心理状态和管理满意度。结果研究组的交接班秩序和工作强度、工作反馈及沟通效率评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组的接诊态度、主动服务和健康教育、人文关怀和护理流程评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组心理状况各维度评分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05);研究组的管理满意度(100.00%)略高于对照组(90.00%),但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论柔性管理可提高提供门诊护理人员管理评价,可改善其负面心理状态,具有较高的管理价值。Objective To analyze the effect of the application of flexible management for outpatient nursing staff.Methods Ten outpatient nursing staff of Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Xinjiang Medical University applied conven-tional management from January to May 2023,which was set as the control group,and carried out flexible management from June to December 2023,which was set as the study group.The two groups were compared in terms of management evaluation,nursing competence evaluation,psychological state and management satisfaction.Results The handover or-der and work intensity,work feedback and communication efficiency scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of receiving at-titude,active service and health education,humanistic care and nursing process of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of each dimension of psychological status in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The management satisfaction of the study group(100.00%)was slightly higher than that of the control group(90.00%),but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Flexible management can improve provide outpatient nursing staff management evaluation,can improve their negative psychological status,has high management value.
