摘　　要：目的探究新公共管理理论在医院后勤管理办公用房使用中的应用价值。方法山东大学齐鲁医院后勤管理办公用房使用中于2023年1月开始应用新公共管理理论,对实施前(常规公共管理理论,2022年6—12月)、实施后(新公共管理理论,2023年1—6月)32名管理人员的工作状态、职业认同感、管理满意度进行比较。结果实施后管理人员工作状态评分优于实施前,职业认同感评分高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。实施后的管理满意度高于实施前(93.75%vs 75.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05)。结论在医院后勤管理办公用房使用中,选择新公共管理理论,可改善后勤管理人员工作状态,提高其职业认同感,管理满意度更高,利于促进医院发展。Objective To explore the application value of new public management theory in the use of hospital logis-tics management office room.Methods The application of the new public management theory began in January 2023 in the use of logistics management office rooms in Qilu Hospital of Shandong University.The work status,professional identity,and management satisfaction of 32 managers were compared before implementation(conventional public man-agement theory,June-December 2022)and after implementation(new public management theory,January-June 2023).Results The scores of managers'working status after implementation were better than those before implementa-tion,and their professional identity scores were higher than those before implementation,the differences were statisti-cally significant(all P<0.05)..The management satisfaction after implementation was higher than that before imple-mentation(93.75%vs 75.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.267,P<0.05).Conclusion In the use of hospital logistics management office space,the choice of new public management theory can improve the work status of logistics managers,improve their sense of professional identity,management satisfaction is higher,which is conducive to the promotion of hospital development.
