摘　　要：目的分析强化质量管理在临床生化检验质量控制中的应用价值。方法选取2021年1—12月强化质量管理方案实施前合肥金域医学检验实验室有限公司实验诊断部的20名检验人员及在本部进行临床生化检验的300份样本作为对照组,选取2022年1—12月强化质量管理方案实施后本部的20名检验人员及在本部进行临床生化检验的300份样本作为观察组;对比两组标本合格率、差错率和结果重现率,以及生化检验的检验质量及检验人员对质量管理制度的满意度。结果观察组标本合格率、重现率高于对照组,差错率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组检验环境、检验时效、安全管理、检验总体质量得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组检验人员对质量管理制度的满意度(100.00%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05)。结论在临床生化检验质量控制中实施强化质量管理可显著提升检验质量,提高检查结果的可重复性和合格率,同时降低差错率。Objective To analyze the application value of enhanced quality management in the quality control of clinical biochemical testing.Methods Twenty inspectors from the Department of Experimental Diagnostics of Hefei Jinyu Medical Laboratory Co.,Ltd before the implementation of the enhanced quality management program from January to December 2021 and 300 samples of clinical biochemical tests performed in the headquarters were selected as the control group.The 20 testing personnel of the Department and the 300 samples of clinical biochemical tests performed in the Department after the implementation of the enhanced quality management program from January to December 2022 were selected as the observation group.The passing rate of specimens,error rate and reproducibility of results,as well as the test quality of biochemical tests and the satisfaction of test personnel with the quality management system were compared between the two groups.Results The specimen pass rate and reproduction rate of the observation group were higher than that of the control group,and the error rate was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The scores of inspection environment,inspection timeliness,safety management,and overall quality of inspection in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The satisfaction of inspectors with the quality management system in the observation group(100.00%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.902,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of enhanced quality man-agement in the quality control of clinical biochemical testing can significantly improve the quality of testing,improve the reproducibility and pass rate of examination results,while reducing the error rate.
