摘　　要：针对医用高值耗材管理中面临的采购管理不规范、库存管理不精细、使用流程不优化、追溯能力与安全监控不完善等问题,本文将先进信息技术引入到医用高值耗材管理中。首先,阐述当下医用高值耗材的管理现状;其次,深入分析与探讨基于信息技术的医用高值耗材精细化管理,涉及提高库存管理效率、加强采购管理、优化使用流程及提高追溯能力与安全监控;最后,以医用高值耗材管理信息系统为例,介绍先进信息技术在医用高值耗材管理中的实际应用。以期为医疗机构提供有益借鉴与参考,从而提升医用高值耗材管理水平。In view of the problems faced in the management of medical high-value consumables,such as non-standard procurement management,imprecise inventory management,non-optimization of the use process,imperfect traceability and safety monitoring,this paper introduced advanced information technology into the management of medical high-value consumables.Firstly,the present management status of medical high value consumables was de-scribed.Secondly,the refined management of medical high value consumables based on information technology was deeply analyzed and discussed,which involved improving the efficiency of inventory management,strengthening the procurement management,optimizing the use process,and improving the traceability and safety monitoring.Finally,taking the medical high value consumables management information system as an example,the practical application of advanced information technology in the management of medical high value consumables was introduced.In order to provide useful reference for medical institutions,so as to improve the management level of medical high value consum-ables.
