摘　　要：近年来,国家高度重视数字政府建设并取得了显著成效,但数字政府建设仍存在顶层设计不足、体制机制不够健全、创新应用能力不强、数据壁垒依然存在等突出问题。文章以湖南省科技部门“数智科技”建设为样本,通过文献研究、调查问卷、比较分析、专家咨询等方法,深入了解该省“数智科技”建设的现状,深度剖析存在问题,提出对策建设,希望能对促进本省“数智科技”建设或对其他省份“数智科技”建设有一定的借鉴意义。In recent years,the country has attached great importance to the construction of digital government and achieved significant results.However,there are still prominent problems in the construction of digital government,such as insufficient top-level design,inadequate institutional mechanisms,weak innovative application capabilities,and data barriers.The article takes the construction of“Digital Intelligence Technology”in the science and technology department of Hunan province as a sample,and through questionnaire surveys,interviews,literature research and other methods,deeply understands the current situation of“Digital Intelligence Technology”construction in the province,deeply analyzes the existing problems,proposes countermeasures,and hopes to promote the construction of“Digital Intelligence Technology”in this province or have certain reference significance for the construction of“Digital Intelligence Technology”in other provinces.
