摘　　要：文章以C9高校(北京大学、清华大学、浙江大学、复旦大学、上海交通大学、南京大学、中国科学技术大学、西安交通大学、哈尔滨工业大学)法律状态为转移、许可的专利为研究对象,对其相关价值特征进行分析,主要包括转移转化趋势、合作特征、合作申请与非合作申请专利,与企业合作申请专利和与非企业合作申请专利在被引用专利数量、被引用次数、同族专利数量、权利要求数量等指标的统计学差异。结果表明:近10年来,C9高校专利转移转化率大幅提升,合作申请组专利在简单同族成员数量、被引用专利数量、5年内被引用次数、权利要求数等指标方面均明显优于非合作申请组,且与企业申请组专利在本次所分析指标方面均明显优于与非企业合作组。最后,从高校专利转移转化角度,结合高校知识产权信息服务中心实际情况,提出高校知识产权信息服务中心在提高专利质量、促进成果转化过程中可更多扮演中介桥梁角色的服务策略。The article focuses on the transfer and licensing of patents from C9 universities(Peking University,Tsinghua University,Zhejiang University,Fudan University,Shanghai Jiao Tong University,Nanjing University,University of Science and Technology of China,Xi’an Jiao Tong University,and Harbin Institute of Technology)with legal status as the research object.The relevant value characteristics are analyzed,mainly including transfer and transformation trends,cooperation characteristics,cooperative and non-cooperative patent applications,as well as statistical differences in the number of cited patents,number of citations,number of patents of the same family,and number of claims between cooperative and non-cooperative patent applications with enterprises.The results show that in the past 10 years,the patent transfer and conversion rate of C9 universities has significantly improved.The cooperative application group’s patents are significantly better than the non-cooperative application group in terms of the number of simple members in the same family,the number of cited patents,the number of citations within five years,and the number of claims.Moreover,the patent application group with enterprises is significantly better than the non-enterprise cooperation group in the analyzed indicators.Finally,from the perspective of patent transfer and transformation in universities,combined with the actual situation of university intellectual property information service centers,this paper proposes service strategies where university intellectual property information service centers can play a more intermediary role in improving patent quality and promoting achievement transformation.
