高炉专家系统在山钢日照公司5100m3高炉的应用

摘　　要：为满足高炉智能化生产,山东钢铁集团日照有限公司两座5100 m^(3)高炉分别配置了一套高炉专家系统。为使高炉专家系统贴近生产,项目团队对专家系统各模型进行优化、参数调整,根据生产需求增加了铁钢包对接系统、矿平铺系统、热风炉寻优烧炉系统等,为高炉生产提供更多的技术支持。In order to meet the intelligent production of blast furnaces,two 5100 m^(3) blast furnaces of Shandong Iron and Steel Group Rizhao Co.Ltd.were equipped with a set of blast furnace expert system.In order to make the blast furnace expert system close to production,the project team optimized and adjusted the models of the expert system,and added the ladle docking system,mine tiling system,hot blast furnace optimization furnace system,etc.,according to the production needs,to provide more technical support for the blast furnace production.
