摘 要:金属镁是极具开发和应用潜力的绿色工程材料。介绍了镁冶炼技术及发展现状,在分析技术发展趋势和新技术应用基础上,重点对两种煅烧工艺进行了技术经济分析。得出结论:原镁的生产工艺主要有两种,国内以硅热法(皮江法)为主流;与此同时,国内正在研究传统皮江法的替代工艺,竖罐法是目前皮江法的改良方向;通过对比回转窑煅烧工艺和悬浮焙烧煅烧工艺,前者投资强度低、应用成熟,但后者在生产成本和能耗方面具有明显优势。Magnesium metal is a green engineering material with great potential for development and application.The paper introduces magnesium smelting technology and its development status.On the basis of analyzing the development trend and the new technology application,the technical and economic analysis of two calcination processes is made.It is concluded that there are two main processes for the production of magnesium metal.The silicothermic process(pidgeon method)is the mainstream technology in china.At the same time,the replacement process of the traditional pidgeon method is being studied,and the vertical tank process is the improvement direction of the current pidgeon method.By comparing the two processes,the former has low investment intensity and mature application,but the latter has obvious advantages in production cost and energy consumption.
