摘 要:锌浮渣样品通过盐酸-硝酸-氢氟酸-高氯酸溶解完全后,冷却,加入5 mL盐酸溶解盐类至溶液清亮,以基体匹配法绘制标准曲线避免基体的干扰,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定锌浮渣样品中Cd、As、Sb、Bi的化学分析方法。在确定的实验条件下,选择Cd 226.5 nm、As 189.0 nm、Sb 231.1 nm、Bi 190.1 nm为分析谱线,每个元素的校准曲线相关系数均大于0.999;同时对以上多种元素进行加标回收和精密度实验,结果表明其相对标准偏差(RSD,n=8)均小于2%,加标回收率为97.4%~103.2%。ICP-AES法操作简便、结果准确可靠,能够满足锌浮渣中多种元素精确测定的要求。After the zinc scum sample was completely dissolved by hydrochloric acid,nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid,it was cooled and 5 mL hydrochloric acid was added to dissolve salts until the solution was clear.The standard curve was drawn by matrix matching method to avoid matrix interference.A chemical method for the determination of Cd,As,Sb and Bi in zinc dross samples by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was established.Under certain experimental conditions,Cd 226.5 nm,As 189.0 nm,Sb 231.1 nm and Bi 190.1 nm were selected as analytical spectral lines,and the correlation coefficients of calibration curves for each element were greater than 0.999.The results showed that the relative standard deviations(RSD,n=8)were less than 2%,and the recoveries ranged from 97.4%to 103.2%.ICP-AES method is simple,accurate and reliable,and can meet the requirements of accurate determination of various elements in zinc dross.
