摘 要:为了探讨如何改进大型没顶沉箱的安装工艺,本文依托锦州港龙栖湾港区起步工程,结合施工过程和沉箱安装质量,从围檩的设计及加工、围檩运输及支立、沉箱安装全过程进行总结,归纳施工中发现的问题及方案优化。本文的创新点在于采用钢结构围栏配合钢模板对沉箱进行加高,实现了钢模板、围檩分次安装,有效降低了起重重量。同时,围檩可以重复使用,进一步降低了施工成本。这一工艺不仅提高了施工效率,还为沉箱安装的稳定性和质量提供了有力保障。In order to explore how to improve the installation process of large submerged caissons,this article describes a method used in the starting project of Longqi Bay Port Area in Jinzhou Port In the aspects of work process and installation quality of the caissons,detail accounts are given for he entire process from the design to the installation of the caissons,including summaries of the problems found during construction and scheme optimization.The innovation of this article lies in the use of steel structure fences combined with steel templates to elevate the caisson,achieving the installation of steel templates and fences in stages,effectively reducing the lifting weight.Meanwhile,the enclosure can be reused,further reducing construction costs.This process not only improves construction efficiency,but also provides strong guarantees for the stability and quality of caisson installation.
