摘 要:随着我国工业化程度不断提高,沉箱预制工艺不断智能化,沉箱预制功效不断提升,对钢筋绑扎工艺的优化迫在眉睫,为保证茂名港吉达港区1^(#)、2^(#)液体散货泊位工程沉箱预制的施工工期及钢筋绑扎质量,对钢筋绑扎传统工艺解刨重组,设计一套集钢筋绑扎、钢筋吊装、钢筋安装的综合系统架体,并对其结构体系、受力、施工工况进行分析计算,优化钢筋绑扎工艺,项目得到顺利实施,并取得了较好效益。The need is imminent for the optimization of binding the reinforcement cage of prefabricated concrete caissons,especially in the present China that has seen with the improvement of national industrialization in general,and the rapid development of caisson precast technology in particular.In order to meet the schedule for construction of 1^(#)and 2^(#)Berths for liquid bulk cargo transferred through Jedda Harbor of Maoming port,a new a set of sling frame for the operation ofreinforcement binding,hoisting,and installation system,has been designed and used in the port construction work.The analysis and calculation on the e structure system,the stresses,the work cases condition have lead to optimization of steel binding process,enabling the project implemented smoothly,and achieved good benefits.
