摘 要:本文对国内外疏浚底泥脱水方法进行了系统调研,对目前常用的疏浚底泥脱水技术的原理、适用范围、优缺点、所用设备等进行了综合分析,这些方法包括自然干化法、主动开沟排水干化法、机械脱水法、预压法、土工管袋法、电渗析法和辅助脱水法。对比分析了5种类型机械脱水设备的优缺点,对比分析了4种辅助脱水用的絮凝剂。在此基础上,针对深圳某区黑臭水体全面消除项目的工程特点,选择带式压滤法进行底泥脱水,设计开发了1套底泥脱水工艺。本工程最佳工艺参数为滤布张力0.65 MPa,运转速度0.11 m/s,机械倾角5°。在此条件下产泥量为17.47 m^(3)/h,泥饼含水率为58.9%。In this paper,a systematic investigation was conducted on the methods for dewatering of the dredged sediment,and a comprehensive analysis was conducted on the principles,scope of application,advantages and disadvantages,and equipment used in commonly used dredging sediment dewatering technologies.These methods include natural drying method,active ditch drainage drying method,mechanical dewatering method,preloading method,geotextile bag method,electrodialysis method,and auxiliary dewatering method.A comparative analysis was conducted on the advantages and disadvantages of five types of mechanical dewatering equipment,and four types of flocculants used for auxiliary dewatering were compared and analyzed.On this basis,in response to the engineering characteristics of the comprehensive elimination project of black and odorous water bodies in a certain district of Shenzhen,the belt pressure filtration method was selected for sediment dewatering,and a set of sediment dewatering process was designed and developed.The optimal process parameters for this project are filter cloth tension of 0.65 MPa,operating speed of 0.11 m/s,and mechanical inclination angle of 5°.Under these conditions,the mud production is 17.47 m^(3)/h.The moisture content of the mud cake is 58.9%.
