摘 要:神华国华印尼爪哇7号电厂工程煤码头工程横梁混凝土设计强度等级为C40,采用混凝土水陆运输至现场后吊罐浇筑的工艺,需保证混凝土在非搅拌状态下3小时后满足浇筑要求。而印尼地区全年高温,混凝土坍落度损失较快,不利于混凝土的控制。本研究通过对原材料质量的把控,混凝土中掺入矿物掺合料和聚羧酸高性能减水剂等方法优化配合比,提高混凝土的力学性能,改善混凝土的和易性,保证了工程的顺利实施,为项目节约成本,也为热带地区的混凝土配合比设计提供参考经验。For the Coal Terminal to serve Java No.7 Power Plant in Java of ua Indonesia,the concrete for the cross beam is designed with strength grade of C40.The concrete is transported by ship to the site and then placed in a hanging tank.It is necessary to ensure that the concrete satisfy the pouring requirements after 3 hours in a non-stirring state,The high temperature in the region throughout the year results in rapid loss of concrete slump,which is even more unfavorable for concrete control.In this paper,by controlling the quality of raw materials,adding mineral admixtures and polycarboxylate high-performance water-reducing admixtures into concrete and other methods,to optimize the mix ratio,improve the mechanical properties of concrete,improve the workability of concrete,and ensure the smooth operation of the project The Implementation of the series of measures can save the costs for the project and provide reference experience for concrete mix design in tropical regions.
