摘  要:以深中通道后焊段安装焊接工程为例,应用沉管隧道最终接头钢接头的填补焊接施工,本着焊接量最小,装配操作简便,速度快的原则,参考船体分段划分工艺,将钢接头预先制作,在施工现场吊装合龙焊接。工程的关键技术主要采用的结构分段设计、电动群吊葫芦和集成控制系统、小型集中供气管道系统、密闭舱室内通风换气系统等工艺均为行业首创,节约成本,安全可控,兼顾良好的通风制冷效果,成功应用于深中通道沉管隧道最终接头后焊段吊装焊接施工工程,并具有较为广阔的推广应用意义。Taking the installation and welding project of the rear welding section of the deep and middle passage as an example,the filling and welding of the final steel joint of the immersed tube tunnel is applied.Based on the principle of minimum welding amount,simple assembly operation and fast speed,the steel joint is pre-fabricated and hoisted and welded on the construction site with reference to the process of hull section division.The key technologies of the project,including structural segment design,electric group hoist and integrated control system,small centralized air supply pipeline system,ventilation and ventilation system in closed cabin,are the first of their kind in the industry,saving cost,safe and controllable,taking into account good ventilation and refrigeration effect,and successfully applied to the lifting and welding construction of the final joint of the immersed tube tunnel in the deep and middle passage.And it has broad application significance.
