摘 要:随着城市的更新发展,传统的开挖式施工已不能满足需求,在设计埋深较大,且地表构筑物较多,需穿越河流、构筑物等进行管线埋深实施时,多会采用顶管施工工艺,本文以深圳市水环境治理工程为依托,全面论述了市政顶管施工设备选型和施工全过程质量控制,针对泥水平衡顶管顶进过程中,可能要发生的地面沉降、地面冒浆、顶管通过不稳定砂层出现线位偏移等困难,制定了顶管全过程施工质量控制方法,使顶管施工质量得到有效控制。With the updating and development of urban area,the traditional excavation construction can not meet the demand,when the buried depth of pipelines tends to be designed ever deeper wth the presence of many surface structures.As it is often required that pipelines be installed across rivers and structures,pipeline jacking installation will be entailed in most cases,and the buried depth of pipeline should be carried out by crossing rivers,structures,etc.Based on the water environment treatment project of Shenzhen City,this paper comprehensively discusses the selection of municipal pipe jacking equipment and the quality control in the whole operation process.In order to effectively control the work quality of pipe jacking,the construction quality control method of pipe jacking in the whole process was established.
