摘　　要：分析了脚部按摩器的底板产品的技术要求和结构特点,比较研究了不同的成型工艺的模具结构,从中选择了合适的模具结构设计方案。着重阐述了该模具结构设计要点、冷却系统的设计、进胶系统的设计、给出了该模具抽芯机构的设计方案。介绍了模具设计的步骤,实现了产品的顺利开模顶出,解决了开模过程中顶出引起的一系列问题。The technical requirements and structural characteristics of the foot massager base plate product were analyzed,the mold structures of different molding processes were compared and studied,and an appropriate mold structure design plan was selected.The key points of the mold structure design,the design of the cooling system,the design of the glue feeding system are emphasized,and the design plan of the core pulling mechanism of the mold is given.The steps of mold design are introduced to achieve the smooth mold opening and ejection of the product and solve a series of problems caused by ejection during the mold opening process.
