摘　　要：随着造纸机械技术的发展,对造纸机械的精密放样测量和安装工艺提出了越来越高的要求。传统的放样测量和安装工艺依靠人工操作,容易出现误差和效率低下等问题。而计算机辅助设计(CAD)技术作为一种先进的工程技术,具有强大的三维建模、仿真分析、数据管理等功能,为解决造纸机械精密放样测量和安装工艺问题提供了有效的途径。将重点研究基于CAD的造纸机械精密放样测量及安装工艺,探讨CAD技术在造纸机械设计、制造、安装等环节中的应用,希望提高造纸机械的制造精度和安装质量。With the development of papermaking machinery technology,more and more high requirements.The traditional lofting measurement and installation process rely on manual operation,prone to error and low efficiency and other problems.Computer-aided design(CAD)technology,as an advanced engineering technology,has powerful three-dimensional modeling,simulation analysis,data management and other functions,which provides an effective way to solve the precision lofting measurement and installation process problems of papermaking machinery.This paper will focus on the precision lofting measurement and installation process of papermaking machinery based on CAD,and discuss the application of CAD technology in the design,manufacturing,installation and other links of papermaking machinery,hoping to improve the manufacturing accuracy and installation quality of papermaking machinery.
