摘  要:智能网联汽车的机械系统是保障车辆安全、稳定运行的核心,其可靠性分析对于车辆性能至关重要。为更好地了解智能网联汽车环境下的机械系统可靠性,需要通过故障模式与影响分析(FMEA)和故障树分析(FTA)等方法,对动力传动、制动和转向系统的可靠性进行深入分析,并以特斯拉Model S为例,分析其电动驱动技术、电子制动助力系统(EBA)和电动助力转向系统(EPS)的可靠性,在此基础上提出相应的优化策略。The mechanical system of the intelligent connected vehicle is the core to ensure the safe and stable operation of vehicles,and its reliability analysis is very important to the performance of the vehicle.In order to better understand the reliability of mechanical systems in the environment of intelligent connected vehicles,it is necessary to conduct in-depth analysis of the reliability of power transmission,braking and steering systems through fault mode and impact analysis(FMEA)and fault tree analysis(FTA),and take Tesla Model S as an example.The reliability of its electric drive technology,electronic brake power system(EBA)and electric power steering system(EPS)is analyzed,and the corresponding optimization strategy is proposed on this basis.
