摘　　要：综述了特大桥钢梁智能热喷涂装备的研发及应用情况。强调了热喷涂技术在桥梁行业应用存在的痛点以及开发适用于特大桥钢梁智能热喷涂装备的必要性。介绍了智能热喷涂装备的设计思路与原则、组成系统研究、热喷涂工艺研究等工作,最后通过一系列研究,开发出的特大桥钢梁智能热喷涂装备产生了良好的社会及经济效益。The research and development and application of intelligent thermal spraying equipment for large bridge steel beams are summarized below.It emphasizes the pain points of thermal spraying technology in the bridge industry,and the necessity of developing intelligent thermal spraying equipment suitable for super large bridges.The design ideas and principles,composition system research,and thermal spraying process research of intelligent thermal spraying equipment were mainly introduced.Finally,through a series of studies,the intelligent thermal spraying equipment for steel beams of super large bridges has produced good social and economic benefits.
