摘　　要：随着信息技术的加速发展,建筑的智能化也在加速,BIM让建筑工程施工和设计也越来越趋于智能化、自动化、人性化。在目前的智能化工程领域,BIM技术对于优化工程建筑设计、提升施工效率、降低工程成本等都发挥了重要作用,能够为建筑工程提供全面、动态、可视化的信息,促进工程各方面的协调运作,提升建筑工程发展效率和质量。就建筑建设智能化工程中的BIM技术应用进行分析,以冬季运动管理中心综合训练馆项目为案例,探究BIM技术在建筑建设智能化工程中的应用情况。With the accelerated development of information technology,the intelligence of buildings is also accelerating.BIM makes construction and design of building projects increasingly intelligent,automated,and humanized.In the current field of intelligent engineering,BIM technology has played an important role in optimizing engineering building design,improving construction efficiency,and reducing engineering costs.It can provide comprehensive,dynamic,and visual information for construction projects,promote coordinated operation of all aspects of the project,and improve the efficiency and quality of construction project development.This article analyzes the application of BIM technology in intelligent construction engineering,taking the Winter Sports Management Center Comprehensive Training Hall project as a case study to explore the application of BIM technology in intelligent construction engineering.
