摘　　要：轮轴自动检修、选配组装数字化控制系统主要有5部分组成:现场控制部分,三维动画全景展示检修现场部分,各类数据统计与分析报表部分,车间管理控制部分,自动选配组装部分。其中最为关键的是现场控制部分,主要由三大模块组成:数据采集自动化、检修作业过程控制自动化、检修作业质量卡控自动化。检修数据自动化涉及数据读取自动化及写入自动化,以及工位之间数据共享与分析自动化。最终实现轮对自动选配组装。The digital control system for automatic maintenance and optional assembly of wheel axles mainly consists of five parts:on-site control part,three-dimensional animated panoramic display of maintenance site part,various data statistics and analysis reports part,workshop management control part,and automatic optional assembly part.The most critical part is the onsite control part,which mainly consists of three modules:data acquisition automation,maintenance process control automation,and maintenance quality card control automation.Automation of maintenance data involves automation of data reading and writing,as well as automation of data sharing and analysis between workstations.Finally,automatic selection and assembly of wheelsets will be achieved.
