普通车床常见的故障诊断与保养维修方法分析

摘　　要：近年来,随着制造业和自动化技术的高速发展,对产品提出了更高的设计精度、更多功能的特殊复杂要求。因此,管好用好车床,充分发挥每台车床的功能和加工效率,提高设备的利用率是获得良好的经济效益的基础。结合当下实际,分析了对普通车床使用故障发生的主要原因,提出了普通车床使用过程中的常见故障以及解决措施,以求能够高效解决普通车床在实际运用中出现的故障。In recent years,with the rapid development of manufacturing and automation technology,special and complex requirements have been put forward for products with higher design accuracy and more functions.Therefore,managing and using machine tools well,fully leveraging the functions and processing efficiency of each machine tool,and improving equipment utilization are the basis for achieving good economic benefits.Through analyzing the main causes of malfunctions in the use of ordinary machine tools based on current reality,and proposes common faults and solutions during the use of ordinary machine tools,in order to efficiently solve the faults that occur in practical use of ordinary machine tools.
